Bettina Heinsohn, MSN, CRNP, FNP-BC
Bettina earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lebanon Valley College in 2010, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Edinboro University in 2012, and Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons College in 2018. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Her RN experience includes inpatient medical oncology and clinical nursing education. As a Nurse Practitioner she is experienced in primary care within a variety of settings including family practice, geriatrics and corporate health. She is passionate about the specialty of Otorhinolaryngology and joined the practice in 2025.
Bettina was born and raised in northern Berks County and now resides in Schuylkill County with her husband and son. She enjoys hiking with her dog, camping and photography.
Jenna Louise Galan, AuD, CCC-A
Dr. Jenna Louise Galan was born in Ridgewood, NJ and raised in Schuylkill County, PA. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Audiology degree from Bloomsburg University. Dr. Galan has been practicing since 2013 and has worked in otolaryngology and hospital settings. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Dr. Galan’s clinical interests include assessment and programming for cochlear implants, comprehensive hearing testing for adults and children, and hearing aid evaluation and fitting.
Scott J. Cronin, MD, FACS
Dr. Cronin was raised in Akron, OH. He earned his bachelor’s degree and medical degree from The Ohio State University. He completed his surgical internship and otolaryngology residency at the University of Michigan.
He is board certified with the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Cronin is an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. He is on the active staff of the Surgical Institute of Reading, St. Joseph Medical Center and The Reading Hospital. Dr. Cronin and his wife have two children. He joined the practice in 2015.
Adam P. Vasconcellos, MD, FACS
Dr. Vasconcellos was born and raised in Rhode Island. He earned his bachelor's degree and medical degree from Brown University. He first completed internal medicine residency at Brigham & Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School, and then completed his surgical internship and otolaryngology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Matthew R. Bonsall, AuD, FAAA
Dr. Matthew Bonsall was born in Reading and raised in Berks County. He earned both his Bachelors of Science degree and Doctoral degree from Bloomsburg University. He became Board Certified in Audiology by the American Board of Audiology.
Dr. Bonsall is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, as well as an active member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. He is the supervisor of the audiology department and has been practicing since 2014.
His areas of special interest include advanced hearing aid technology, hearing aid counseling, assistive listening devices, pediatrics, and electrophysiological testing.
Dr. Bonsall and his wife have two children. They enjoy spending time outdoors with their two dogs, traveling, and the beach.
